Things to do this September
The traditional summer season may be coming to an end but fear not – there’s still lots of great things happening in the coming weeks! Here are some ideas of things to see and do in September…
AquaX UK Championship
When? 2nd and 3rd September

One of the world’s biggest jet-ski events is coming to Torbay for the third and final UK round of the world series. The event should be spectacular and can be seen across the bay.
THHN Festival of Fun
When? 3rd September
Where? Babbacombe Downs

This one day event features lots of live music and entertainment, raising money for local charity The Torbay Holiday Helpers Network. The event also ties in with the finish of the City to Sea marathon and ultra-marathon, making for a special celebratory atmosphere.

Where? Brixham Harbour
Held annually, Fishstock is a one-day seafood and music festival in Brixham. This year features 22 live music acts across two stages.
Agatha Christie Festival
When? 13th – 17th September
Where? Various locations and prices
A full programme of events are planned for this five day festival – a celebration of the famous Torquay-born novelist. From exhibitions and films, to wild swimming and garden parties, there’s something for everyone!

A weekly night dedicated to roller-skating on a large, traffic free course, complete with DJ! Entry is £4 and skate rental is £1.
